Finding, Loving, and Healing Your “Self” Right Where You Are

A Warm Welcome to You and All of your Parts

No matter where you are right now, no matter what parts are taking over, no matter their intensity or belief, they are welcomed and wanted.  Maybe you have a Part that has to keep busy, or needs to feel productive. Maybe you have a part that focuses on perfection, but never gets there because the bar is so high leaving another part to feel frustrated or discouraged… or parts that feel anxiety, depressed, or want to self-soothe by eating, drinking, etc. These parts are doing exactly what they need to be doing based on what they are experiencing inside.  But sometimes they can be responding to something that might not be accurate or needed at this time in your life, like it was once before in your life.  Our therapy together will help you slowly identify and connect with your parts creating a loving and trusting relationship that will allow for deeper healing.

About

Shannon Franco, MA, LCPC
Certified IFS Therapist
Level 3 Trained

I have worked with clients with a wide range of symptoms including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, substance abuse, gender identity issues, anger, PTSD, CPTSD, and infidelity. I have also helped many people who have experienced domestic violence, both victim and perpetrator. My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

It takes courage to ‘show up’ to do this kind of inner healing and to take the first steps towards therapy. I have been through counseling myself on and off for the last 30 years.  What has helped me most is IFS, and I still continue to do my own inner work. I understand the vulnerable parts, but if you are ready ‘enough’ to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
